Position

Capo turno in possesso di patente conduzione generatori di vapore di 1° o di 2° grado.

Siamo alla ricerca di un professionista altamente qualificato per ricoprire il ruolo di Capo Turno all'interno del nostro team operativo nel settore dell'energia e petrolchimico. Il candidato ideale sarà responsabile della gestione e della supervisione degli impianti di generazione energetica, operando con sistemi sia tradizionali che avanzati come i sistemi di controllo distribuito (DCS).


  • Possesso della patente di 1° grado per la conduzione di generatori di vapore, se richiesta.
  • Gestione e supervisione degli impianti di generazione energetica e petrolchimica durante tutte le fasi, dall'avviamento fino all'esercizio quotidiano.
  • Assistenza durante il pre-commissioning a freddo e start-up caldo degli impianti, compresi flussaggi, trattamenti chimici e allineamenti dei sistemi.
  • Conduzione e regolazione degli impianti durante la fase di esercizio, messa a punto e taking-over.
  • Conoscenza e applicazione delle procedure standard di commissioning per garantire il corretto funzionamento degli impianti.
  • Preparazione degli impianti per le operazioni di marcia semindustriale e per le prove di accettazione da parte degli enti di controllo.
  • Conformità alle normative e alle procedure di sicurezza degli impianti, sia durante le fasi di avviamento che durante l'esercizio.


Requirements

  • Esperienza nella conduzione di generatori di vapore di 1° o 2° grado.
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle macchine e dei sistemi utilizzati negli impianti, inclusi pompe (centrifughe, a vite, a pistone), compressori d'aria e motori (a gas e diesel).
  • Capacità di lavorare in un ambiente dinamico e adattarsi rapidamente alle esigenze operative.
  • Eccellenti competenze comunicative e capacità di lavorare in team.
