Position

Quantity Surveyor:

  • Opera in staff con il “Project cost controller”
  • redigere il budget di previsione della produzione e della marginalità costi/ricavi sulla base dell'offerta e il suo adeguamento periodico;
  • predisporre le analisi dei nuovi prezzi e le perizie di variante;
  • eseguire controlli periodici di scostamento del consuntivo rispetto al budget.
  • Esegue la contabilità amministrativa di cantiere (SAL, statini, cedolini, documenti amministrativi, cespiti, ecc.)
  • Si interfaccia con i responsabili delle funzioni operative ed amministrative
  • Gestisce i dati che tutte le funzioni/centri di costo trasmettono, cioè:
  1. Raccoglie i dati periodicamente.
  2. Li inserisce nel sistema di gestione
  3. Produce la reportistica periodica secondo le istruzioni del Project Cost Controller
  4. Verifica, insieme al Project cost controller, la coerenza con i dati preventivi.
  • Recepisce ed applica le direttive di progetto relative alla organizzazione ed alla gestione dei costi, cioè:
  1. Presa conoscenza del sistema di gestione costi (SAP o altri)
  2. Definizione ed allocazione dei centri di costo
  3. Metodologia di comunicazione con le funzioni di interfaccia, sia in fase preventiva che consuntiva.

Requirements

Quantity Surveyor:

  • Pregressa esperienza nella mansione;
  • Esperienza in cantieri, sia pubblici che privati;
  • Conoscenza MS Office e software di contabilità lavori (Primus, STR);
  • Conoscenza del sistema di gestione costi (SAP o altri).
